The rules of the road for using BanaEats.

By accessing or using the BanaEats platform, websites, applications or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
BanaEats provides an online marketplace that connects customers, restaurants and delivery riders. BanaEats facilitates the ordering and delivery of food and other products but is not the producer or seller of the items ordered, unless expressly stated.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant. Once an order is accepted it cannot normally be modified. Payment may be made using the payment methods offered on the platform. Prices are shown in the relevant currency and may change without notice for future orders.
Delivery times are estimates only. BanaEats and its riders will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated time, but delays can occur for reasons outside our control.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BanaEats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
