How we deliver, how fast, and what it costs.

BanaEats currently delivers within the service zones shown on our platform, primarily across Dire Dawa. We are expanding to new neighbourhoods on a regular basis.
Most orders arrive within 30 to 45 minutes. During peak hours or inclement weather, delivery may take longer. Estimated times are shown at checkout.
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and displayed clearly before you confirm your order. Promotional free-delivery offers may apply from time to time.
Once your order is confirmed you can track your rider live in the BanaEats app from pickup to drop-off.
Please have your phone available and meet the rider at the designated delivery point. If you are unable to receive the order, please contact support as soon as possible.
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unreachable, the order will be returned to the restaurant and the refund policy will apply.
